Kein Wunder, dass ich schon 5, 6 mal dort war. Dieses Foto entstand im Dezember 2011, kurz vor Weihnachten. Im Jahr zuvor waren wir zur selben Zeit in New York und irgendwie hatte ich mir das zur Weihnachtszeit unendlich viel kitschiger vorgestellt. Enttäuscht wie ich war entschieden wir uns also für Weihnachtskitsch in höchster Perfektion und haben ein paar Tage im Disneyland verbracht. Und wenn man schon da ist, muss man natürlich auch ein paar Tage in Paris selbst verbringen.
Dieses Bild ist das Ergebnis meiner ersten Versuche mit einem Stativ. Jan wollte es mir eigentlich erst zu Weihnachten schenken, wegen des Urlaubs habe ich es aber schon vorher bekommen und konnte es schon hinreichend benutzen. Von Fokus und Belichtungszeit hatte ich zwar damals noch keine Ahnung, aber immerhin ist das Foto so gut geworden, dass wir es seitdem im Flur hängen haben.

No wonder that I've been there 5 or 6 times already. This picture was taken in December 2011 around Christmas time. The year before we have been to New York and I was a bit disappointed because I always had this romantic kitschy picture of Christmas in New York in my mind. So in 2011 we went to Disneyland - kitsch in its ultimate perfection. And when you are already there you have stay a few days in Paris as well.
This picture is the result of my first trials with a tripod. Actually Jan planned to give me this tripod as a Christmas present but because of the trip I got it a little bit earlier and I could already use and try it. At this time I was clueless about focus and shutter speed but I still like this picture and it has been hanging on our walls since.
